Our products are individually made by craftsmen with great care. It takes 10 to 12 business days from the time we receive your order until the item is actually shipped. After that, it is expected to take 5 to 7 business days from Japan to the customer's home in the United States.

Reminder: We are not responsible for any damage to the product during shipping.

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition and sealed in the manufacturer's original packaging within 14 days from when your order was delivered. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not offer exchanges at this time. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost if any were charged. We only issue refunds to the original payment method. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned item(s).

To start a return, please email us at hello@zazenflowtatami.com with your return request (must be within 3 days from when your order was delivered). Once your return has been approved, please ship the item(s) to the following address within 7 days from the approval date of your return request.

Reminder: Any items that do not meet our guidelines for return, will be sent back to the customer.

No edits or cancellations of items will be accepted for any reason.

You can keep your tatami mats clean and fresh by using stain removers, disinfectants, and deodorizers. The liquid that you use should be "liquid/neutral," which is indicated on the back side of the product. If you need to disinfect your mat, you can use ethanol with a concentration of 76.9% or less.
